CEIP LOS NEVEROS, CEIP GABRIEL Y GALÁN, CEIP ÁLVAREZ MORATO, CRA VALVANERA Y CRA LOS ROBLES

Wow!!! The time flies!!!
One week with 5 schools was so fast!! And we enjoyed a lot around the week learning about The Roman world.
We  follow our fixed expression " CARPE DIEM"
In the CRIE we did many activities as the English Gymkana.
In the English Gymkana there were 9 tasks. Some groups could finish all the tasks, but all of us enjoyed dressing as Romans, reading comics about that time, looking for Roman Coins,
Let´s see what they did on the gymkana.

DRESSING AS ROMAN SOLDIERS

DRESSING AS ROMAN CARACTERS

BUILDING ROMAN CONSTRUCTIONS: BRIDGES, AQUEDUCTS, ROMAN ROADS...

In the Romans time the water was very useful... and they created very important constructions in Castilla y León that they learn in another workshop.
With milk boxes they had to built them.

DRAWING MYTHOLOGICAL CREATURE

As you know in the Roman times there were some caracter who were half human, half divine. They were creative and they invented mythologial creatures.

The pictures are not very clear, because they should take the pictures with the tablet slower. But anyway are really original!!!

CEIP JOAQUÍN DIAZ

It was a great week and we enjoyed a lot.
I am sorry for not uploading the pictures but we had trouble with internet.

BUILDING ROMAN CONSTRUCTIONS

WORKING ON A SEWING ROOM

But in this case, they only have scissors, sellotape and newspapers.
And with only this tools they create these wonderful skirts.
Have a look!!!

PLAYING WITH OUR BODIES

We like body expression, so that we had to write 2016 with our bodies.
It was so funny but at the beginning we couldn´t remember the math class, becuase we had to write them in Roman numerals

One group:

This group did a good work, but they had a mistake: MMXVI is not the same that MMXIV .

Very original!!!!

I like too!! It is  funny: girls build one letter and boys another ones.

One more group reviewing math class!!!
As tin soldiers....

Well done!!! It is the first picture that I see with two" M" in the same photo!!! Great work!!!

This group took the pictures really neat!!

And what about these? they look that they are talking and the same time are working!! Good team!!!

And the last group but very good work too!!!
